The Future of Trucking: AtoB’s Vision for a Modern Industry
A Conversation with Harshita Arora and Eric Tarczynski
On March 22, TechCrunch will be hosting a live event featuring Harshita Arora, co-founder of AtoB, and Eric Tarczynski, partner at Contrary Capital. The conversation will be moderated by Rebecca Bellan, highlighting the growth and current state of AtoB. With $175 million in funding over three rounds, AtoB is poised to revolutionize the trucking industry.
The Problem with the Current State of Trucking
The trucking industry is a vital part of our economy, but it’s also an area where technology has been slow to adopt. Many operations are still using outdated platforms, which can lead to inefficiencies and costs. AtoB aims to change this by providing a modern solution for transportation.
AtoB: The Stripe for Transportation
Co-founder Harshita Arora believes that AtoB is essentially the Stripe for transportation. By providing a platform for logistics and supply chain management, AtoB wants to make it easier for companies to manage their operations.
Harshita’s Background and Success
Before founding AtoB, Arora founded and sold her previous company, Harshita Apps, after creating an App Store hit with Crypto Price Tracker. At just 21 years old, she was named one of Forbes’ 30 Under 30 in the Manufacturing & Industry category.
The Story Behind AtoB
AtoB has raised $175 million over three rounds of funding, with a recent Series B round closing in November 2021 for $75 million. Contrary Capital’s Eric Tarczynski was an investor in this round.
